Petitioner filed this revisional application with a prayer for quashing of proceedings in connection with Titagarh P.S. Case No.119 of 2011 dated 12.03.2011 under Sections 420/120B/406 of the Indian Penal Code arising out of an order dated 10.03.2011 passed by Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in M.P. Case No.265/2011.

Learned advocates for the petitioner and State are present. Administrative Notice has been served upon the revisionist but the notice could not be served upon opposite party no.2. The report submitted by the Assistant Registrar is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioner produced a letter addressed to him by Santanu Bhaduri, the petitioner herein stating that the dispute between him and the de facto complainant has been settled out of Court and the application may be withdrawn. The letter be kept with the record.

Considered the submissions made by the parties. No purpose would be served by contested hearing of this application. The revisional application is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
