Perused the case diary.

It is the prosecution case that the petitioners and the other assailants not only assaulted the de facto complainant, but also the pregnant wife of the de facto complainant, which resulted in termination of her pregnancy.

Earlier, anticipatory bail applications of similarly circumstanced co-accused were turned down by this Court on 20.03.2025 and on 10.09.2025.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
