1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved that the application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 filed dated 29th March, 2022 has not been disposed if by the District Magistrate, Barasat till date.

3. In those circumstances, the District Magistrate, Barasat is directed to dispose of the said application of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

4. The petitioner Bank shall be entitled to put in all the documents as requested by the District Magistrate, Barasat on 16th October, 2023. Any document that the District Magistrate, Barasat may ask in addition to the clarification already given on 17th November, 2023, may also be supplied.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
