In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the Court in seisin of JGR Case No. 34 of 2021 to decide such

proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from date.

In doing so, the Court is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. C.R.R. 1642 of 2025 is disposed.
