Learned advocates representing the parties have jointly submitted that in terms of order dated 5th September, 2024, exercise was completed on 12th September, 2024 expunging remarks made by the Headmaster of Sagarbarh

B.S. Vidya Bhavan (HS), District - Purba Medinipur in the Service Book of the petitioner. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
