Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy Ms. Sima Biswas .....For the State The revisional application is listed today for hearing. Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy and Ms. Sima Biswas, learned advocates appeared for the State have produced the Case Diary. Learned advocate on record for the petitioner has not appeared in Court but, initially an accommodation was sought for on the ground that Mr. Mukherjee, learned senior advocate would conduct the hearing of the case. Subsequently, it is mentioned that the petitioner has made no contact with the petitioner and necessary order may be passed.

The revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceedings in G.R. Case No.179 of 2010 pending before the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, arising out of Entally Police Station Case No.26 dated 18.01.2010 under Sections 498A/ 406/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the case has been fixed up for hearing on 08.07.2022 before the Jurisdictional Court. The report submitted by the State is taken on record. Considered the submissions.

The revisional application stands dismissed for default. Connected application, if any, is also disposed of. Return the Case Diary to the learned advocate for the State. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah with a direction to expedite the hearing of the case.
