The wife/petitioner by the present application is seeking transfer of the Matrimonial Suit No. 40 of 2018 pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Kalyani, Nadia.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner as well as on behalf of the opposite party either virtually or physically on call.

CO 1356 of 2018 and the connected application being CAN 1209 of 2019 are dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said Matrimonial Suit No. 40 of 2018 is pending.
