It is submitted by learned advocate for the petitioner that the application has been rendered infructuous due to the death of the petitioner.

The petitioner had prayed for quashing of proceeding in G.R. Case No.1918 of 2006 pending before Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 5th Court, Calcutta arising out of Hare Street Police Station (Section G) Case No.302 of 2006 dated 04.09.2006 under Sections 337/ 338/ 304A/ 427/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and all orders passed including order dated 24.06.2010 and 25.06.2010. The present application stands dismissed due to the death of the sole petitioner.
