The writ petitioner complains that notwithstanding the decree dated 18th July, 2005 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), First Court at Krishnanagar, Nadia and execution thereof in 2009, the private respondents are obstructing construction of a boundary wall by the petitioner.

The petitioner is entitled to put the decree into further execution or take other civil measures as he may be advised in law.

The O. C., Dhubulia Police Station, Nadia shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. The said Police shall also comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
