leave granted to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners to correct the cause title as prayed for. Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a counter case also. The petitioners suffered injuries. The accused in the police complaint lodged by the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the injured victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code as also to the injury report of such victim amongst others. It appears that the finger of one victim was cut of. The statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code is corroborated, at the prima facie level, by the injury report.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the

case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 2025 of 2022, is rejected.
