The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings of C. G. R Case No. 2030 of 2017 arising out of Tiljala P. S. Case No. 111 dated 25.04.2017 under Sections 341/323/506/114 of the Indian Penal Code.

On an appreciation of the materials placed before this court, I am of the view that the petitioner would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the stage of examination of the accused under Section 251 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner would be at liberty to subsequently approach this court after such points being canvassed before the learned trial

court With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1098 of 2020 is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is, hereby vacated.
