Let his appointment be regularised. IA No.: CRAN 2 of 2023 is moved by the learned counsel for the petitioner praying for modification of order dated 02.02.2022 wherein the court had directed that the petitioner would be released on bail if she furnishes bond by way of local surety and that she may be released on bail subject to the condition that she would appear and report before the court once in a fortnight.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is attending court once in a fortnight even though date is not fixed in the court and as such he has prayed for necessary modification in the interest of justice.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials on record, the order dated

02.02.2022 is accordingly modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the court as and when the date is fixed in G.R 746 of 2020 and as and when directed by the trial court.

The order dated 02.02.2022 is accordingly stands modified.

IA No.: CRAN 2 of 2023 stands disposed of.
