The appeal is defective since 19th April, 2021. The appeal was in time up to 4th January, 2018. The appeal was preferred on 8th April, 2021. There is a delay of 825 days. No application for condonation of delay has been filed in preferring the appeal. No attempt has been made to put in the deficit court-fees within the period of limitation.

We have seen the order of the Registrar Administration (L&OM) dated 19th January, 2023. It appears from the order of the Registrar Administration (L&OM) that none had appeared on behalf of the appellant on that date and no attempt has been made to remove the defects.

The appeal is as on date time-barred and, accordingly, stands dismissed as time-barred. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
