Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that since petitioner's bank account was marked debit freeze, present writ petition was filed challenging the steps taken by the respondent authorities.

Copy of a notice dated 11th March, 2026 of Police Inspector, Cyber Crime Police Station, Chikkaballapura, Karnataka is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

From the said notice dated 11th March, 2026, it is found that Investigating Agency intimated the Nodal Officer of the concerned bank that there is no requirement to debit freeze petitioner's bank account and to remove the lien mark from the said bank account.

In reference to this notice dated 11th March, 2026, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.
