Copies of the documents have already been handed over to Mr. Nilanjan Bhattacharjee, learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today. Copies of the same, have also been produced in Court and are taken on record.

Copies of the documents shall be filed before the learned Trial Judge on the next date fixed. Thereafter, the learned Trial Court shall proceed with disposal of the application for maintenance, strictly in accordance with law and on the basis of the documents filed and arguments to be advanced by the respective parties.

Accordingly, this revisional application is disposed of. This Court has not gone into the merits of the application for maintenance pendente lite.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
