This contempt application has been filed against the alleged violation of the order of this Court dated 25th August, 2023. Initially, this Court provided opportunity to the alleged contemnor to comply with the aforesaid order of this Court by service of the contempt application upon him by order dated 9th February, 2024.

Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor could not produce any document showing compliance of the aforesaid order.

In such circumstances, this Court has no option except issuing Rule against the alleged contemnor.

Accordingly, let a Rule be issued against the alleged contemnor which is returnable on 5th April, 2024. rule is made in separate sheet ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
