It is submitted by the learned advocate on record that at present the trial in the present case has progressed and evidence is being recorded and as such he not press his prayer for quashing and prays for directing the trial court to complete the trial expeditiously.

Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the nature of the complaint in the present case and the materials on record, the present revision is disposed of with the direction upon the learned trial court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
