Mr. Subhrangsu Panda ..... petitioner-in-person This matter has been placed in the list at the instance of the petitioner-in-person as certain typographical errors crept in the judgment dated 24th July, 2025.

Mr. Panda, petitioner-in-person, correctly points out that in the fourth line of the paragraph 11 at page no. 4 of the judgment dated 24th July, 2025, it has been erroneously recorded as "the intervener narrated a similar incident that occurred on 26.03.2024" instead and place of "the intervener narrated a similar incident that occurred in the month of March, 2023". In the next line it was erroneously recorded as "when he was returning from his native village to his residence in Kolkata, driving his vehicle bearing registration number WB-12BP-7205" instead and place of "when he was returning from this Hon'ble Court to his residence in Serampur, driving his vehicle bearing registration number WB-18AH-8304".

Errors are merely typographical and ministerial in nature. Office is directed to take necessary steps accordingly.

Let this order be read in conjunction with the judgment dated 24th July, 2025.

Other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
