Sen, Mr. Lal Mohan Basu .... for the State On the previous two occasions, none appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called on for hearing and, on May 11, 2022, the matter was adjourned as a last chance and kept for ex parte orders in the event none appears for the petitioner. Even today, none appears to represent the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing although the State is represented consistently through counsel.

In such view of the matter, WPA No.7951 of 2022 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
