Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of recovery in the present case relate to alleged recovery of 171 bottles of Phensedyl. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that investigation of the case is still in progress.

Having considered the stage of the case, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after the charge sheet is submitted before the jurisdictional Special Court. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as the investigation is in progress.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 673 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
