Mr. Lakshminath Bhattacharya ..for the Petitioner Mr. Srijib Chakraborty ..for the State Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an application made before the Pradhan, Gangasagar Gram Panchayat on 9th July, 2020, being annexure -P5 to the writ petition, is not considered by the Pradhan till date.

Mr. Srijib Chakraborty, Learned Cousel appears for the State.

Heard both the parties.

The Pradhan, Gangasagar Gram Panchayat being the respondent no. 10 in the instant application is requested to consider the application made by the writ petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner within a period of 1 ( one ) month from the date of communication of this order to him.

The Respondent no. 10 is also requested to communicate the reasoned order so passed by him to the petitioner at an earliest.

The writ petition being W.P.A. No. 6221 of 2020 is, accordingly, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
