The parties have come up with the instant application stating, inter alia, that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. It appears from a complaint filed by the opposite party No.2 Phoolbagan Police Station Case No.08 of 2016 dated 4th January, 2016 under Sections 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code was registered. At present the parties have amicably settled the dispute. Therefore, the instant revision is disposed of on compromise. Further proceedings in respect of Phoolbagan Police Station Case No.08 of 2016 dated 4th January, 2016 under Sections 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the charge sheet No.180 dated 13th October, 2016 being G.R. Case No.70 of 2016 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Sealdah be quashed. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
