The petitioner, who was an Assistant Teacher in the DPSC, North 24-Parganas, seeks transfer to any school in Nadia on medical ground of his wife. 2.

In those circumstances, the DPSC, North 24Parganas shall consider the petitioner's representation after receiving an appropriate opinion from the CMOH, North 24-Parganas and take a decision in the matter, within a period of 8 weeks from date.

In the event, the medical condition is confirmed by the CMOH, North 24-Parganas, the transfer be considered by the Board, in accordance with the

applicable rules, to the schools chosen by the petitioner or any nearby school subject to availability, within a period of two months from date.

Let the aforesaid process be conducted by the parties offline.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
