We have considered the materials on record. Statement of children of the deceased housewife and other witnesses show petitioner had entered the house where the victim-housewife was residing. Thereafter, she was murdered.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
