Vaisya Mr. Sagnik Chatterjee .......For the State The petitioner's case in substance is that he wants consideration of his representation, which is at page 33 of the writ application but it is a matter of the year 2007 which appears from the office memorandum of the Chairman of the concerned District Primary School Council at page 32 of the writ application. So, the dispute in 2007 cannot be considered after a long gap of sixteen years and, therefore, this writ application is dismissed as I do not exercise my extraordinary writ jurisdiction.
