The State of West Bengal Mr. Susnigdho Bhattacharjee ...for the Petitioner Ms. Amita Gaur, Ms. Sanjida Sultana ...for the State Due to inadvertent mistake in the order dated 19.5.2025, in the 3rd line of the order, the sentence "The petitioner is in custody since 5th February, 2025" shall be deleted and in its place, the sentence "The petitioner is in custody since 15th February, 2025" shall be inserted" and in the 3rd paragraph of the 2nd page, the sentence "to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kolkata" shall be deleted and in its place, the sentence "to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat" shall be inserted.

Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 19.5.2025. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
