It appears from the supplementary affidavit that the school has issued the requisite no objection and declaration signifying their consent to transfer of the petitioner.

The school is directed to forward the application of the petitioner along with the requisite documents including the NOC to the concerned DI by May 30, 2026. DI will consider the application of the petitioner and deal with it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.

With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
