It is submitted by Ms. Chakraborty, learned advocate for the petitioner that in the meantime the Misc. Case No. 37 of 2021 as filed under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act has been disposed of by the learned trial Court.

It is thus contended that in view of such, the instant revisional application has become infructuous. 4.

In view of such submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, the revisional application being CO 1109 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.

Interim order(s), if there be any, stands hereby vacated since those have also become infructuos in the meantime.
