1. Petitioners stand implicated in dealing with an immovable property unauthorizedly. Apparently, same immovable property was sold four times. Complicity of the petitioners requires investigation.

Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail at this stage will be inimical to such investigation.

2. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

4. C.R.M. (A) 1122 of 2024 is dismissed.
