Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The earlier order of rejection is dated February 23, 2022. All the contentions of the petitioner that the petitioner seeks to raise were considered by the earlier order dated February 23, 2022 and negated.

There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent thereto. Consequently, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1182 of 2022 is dismissed.
