The petitioner is an assistant teacher of Muchifulbari Junior High School, Itabaria in the district of Naida. She made an application for general transfer in terms of the notification dated 27th February, 2015 being No. 159-SE/S/1S-4/95 (Part). The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application for transfer has not been considered by the respondents till date.

The learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the application for general transfer has not been made in the prescribed format. In view of the submissions made on behalf all the parties, leave is granted to the petitioner to apply in the prescribed format in terms of the aforesaid notification. In the event such an application is made within a fortnight from date, the respondent No. 9 being the

Secretary of the Ad hoc Committee of the school shall consider the prayer of the petitioner for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' for the purpose of general transfer and thereafter forward the same to the concerned authority at the earliest.

The concerned respondent authority shall consider and intimate the petitioner the fate of her application for transfer within a period of 90 days from the date of receiving the requisite papers from the school authority.

W.P.A. 6233 of 2020 and CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
