The petitioner has impleaded the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education as party contemnor in the contempt application.

It appears that the order passed by the Court was to be complied with by the 2nd Appellate Authority but the order was not communicated to the said authority. Considerable time has elapsed from the date of passing the order. Fresh direction cannot be passed to communicate the order to the concerned party.

In view of the above, there is no scope to proceed with the contempt application any further, the same stands dismissed.
