Mr. Pritam Choudhury, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no. 2, submits that the charge sheet has already been filed on May 13, 2021, and he has made over a copy of the charge sheet to this Court.

It appears that in the charge sheet, Sections 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, have further been added against the petitioners.

Let a copy of the charge sheet be kept with the record. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners, the present revisional application for quashing the relevant F.I.R. has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 1098 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
