A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a proceeding for grant of Letters of Administration of the will and testament in connection with OS NO.71 of 1997 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas is the ultimate relief, sought for in this case.

The only contention expressed by the learned advocate for the petitioners is against the delay caused in the disposal of suit. No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that the pending proceeding got delayed, not due to alleged conduct of the opposite parties. It is, however, on the prayer of adjournments being made by the petitioners. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, however, disputes with the submission, and draws attention of the Court to an order dated 30th October, 2019 passed in C.O. No.3544 of 2019 directing the Court below to ensure

expeditious disposal of the pending proceeding without granting unnecessary adjournment.

Accordingly, the learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas in OS No.71 of 1997 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of pending suit upon sensing the message already conveyed in C.O. 3544 of 2019.

While endeavouring such exercise, pending interlocutory applications, if there be any, may be disposed of first, so that logical conclusion of the pending probate proceeding may be reached within a best possible period of time.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings. .
