Sabir Ahmed).

As it appears that the order passed by this Court has been modified by the Hon'ble Division Bench, accordingly the order passed by this Bench merged with the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

The contempt application cannot be continued further before this Bench.

The petitioner will be at liberty to apply before the Hon'ble Division Bench if there is any violation of the direction passed by the Hon'ble Appeal Court.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
