Pursuant to the order dated 22nd June, 2023 the writ petition along with the application being CAN 1 of 2018 (Old No. CAN 8166/2018) praying for substitution in view of the death of sole writ petitioner are taken up for consideration. However, no one appears for the applicant to press this application for substitution.

It appears that applicants have lost interest in the fate of this application.

Accordingly, the writ petition as well as connected application stand dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
