Tulika Bhaumik The revisional application was preferred in the year 2021. Records of the revisional application reflect that on 15th November, 2021 when the matter appeared, none represented on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, no one is represented. The subject-matter of challenge relates to an order dated 14.08.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore in AC-3427 of 2017.

Having considered the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 1100 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
