Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner produces a judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 1st September, 2022 in MAT No.1250 of 2022, in the case of the petitioner and submits that in view of the judgment of the Division Bench, this writ petition should be disposed of without passing any further order.

Considering such submission of the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA 9398 of 2021 is disposed of without passing any further order.
