This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for setting aside the order dated March 11, 2015 passed by learned Sessions Judge at Jalpaiguri in Criminal Revision No.33 of 2015 staying the operation of the order dated 27th February, 2015 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Jalpaiguri in connection with an application under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The matter was first taken up by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on March 19, 2015, when an order of stay was granted for a period of six weeks and since thereafter the petitioner has made no effort to move this matter. Considering the long pendency of the matter, this Court also finds no reason to keep the matter pending further.

Hence, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court below by the Department forthwith.
