The petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the Completion Certificate issued by the Corporation appearing at page 22 of the writ petition.

Learned advocate appearing for the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation submits that the grievance of the petitioner should be considered by the Commissioner, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation. He further submits that the petitioner has only partially completed the work. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Commissioner, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation to pay the legitimate

dues of the petitioner upon consideration of all relevant records including the completion certificate dated November 2, 2023, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 9030 of 2024 is disposed of.
