Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner relies upon the dying declaration and submits that the petitioner is not implicated therein.

The point raised by the petitioner along with the dying declaration was considered by the Court on November 25, 2021. Considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 1184 of 2022 is dismissed.
