Defect pointed out on 21st February, 2002 was that the Vokalatnama had not been executed on behalf of minor appellant no. 1, represented through natural guardian. By passage of time said appellant has become major. In the circumstances an application is necessary. None appears on behalf of appellants.

Let notice be issued to the learned advocate enclosing copy of this order.

Appellants must take steps as indicated above. In event no steps are taken or appellants continue to go unrepresented on adjourned date or thereafter or either of the above, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.
