Learned advocates for the petitioner and Kolkata Municipal Corporation have admitted that the said amount has been deposited.

Therefore, I direct the Executive Engineer of Borough No.I (premises in Ward No.3) to effect the water supply connection within a period of seven days from date.

One of the owners is present before this court. He does not have any objection for effecting such water

connection.

With the above observation, the writ application is disposed of.
