IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA

SPECIAL CIVIL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE (Through Video Conference) CPAN 667 of 2002 in CO 859 of 1999 Dilip Kumar Roy alias Banik Vs.

C.K. Lahiri & Anr.

The contempt application has been filed alleging violation of an order dated 10th August, 2001 passed in CAN 5030 of 2000 arising out of CO 859 of 1999. The matter appeared in the list on 19th August, 2021 and was called twice but no one appeared on behalf of the parties. Today the matter has been placed in the list marked as "Last Chance" with a note that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears when the matter is taken up. Even today, no one appears on behalf of any of the parties. No one has also applied for joining in the virtual mode.

In the facts and circumstances as aforesaid, it appears that none of the parties are interested in proceeding further with the contempt petition. The same is disposed of without any further order.
