1. We have considered the materials on record.

2. Narcotic was recovered from the house of the petitioner. He had absconded.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstances and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. C.R.M. (A) No. 1129 of 2024 is dismissed.
