As there was an instruction on the bank from the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal with regard to a complaint that the petitioners, as fraudsters, had duped an amount of Rs.15,37,034/- from one Mr. Barish Ghosh, the account has been frozen. Thus, no order can be passed to defreeze the account. The bank will enquire from the concerned authority with regard to the progress of the investigation.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Kamarhati Branch to inform the petitioner the reasons as to why the concerned account has

been frozen, and also supply the connected details and copies of the communications in this regard.

The information shall reach the petitioner within two months from the date of communication of this order. In view of disposal of the writ petition, the connected application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
