In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners/applicants prays for waiver of condition imposed on 21.05.2025 by which the petitioners/applicants were granted bail. So far as the condition of meeting with the Inspector-inCharge, Berhampore Police Station once in a fortnight is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Berhampore Police Station once in a month. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
