The subject matter of the revisional application relates to order dated 08.02.2013 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly, in M.P. Case No.94 of 2013 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the statutory provisions and the time period prescribed therein, I am of the opinion that the main case before the learned Executive Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly, has become infructuous.

Accordingly, M.P. Case No.94 of 2013 is quashed. Thus, CRR 733 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous. Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
