Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved that the warrant of arrest which has been issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kolkata in connection with GR(S) 1078/2022 is not being executed.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the private respondents are not available as inspite of raids they could not be traced.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police, In-Charge of Park Street Police Station will communicate with his counterpart at the address referred to which is Indirapuram, Shipra Sun City, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Surprisingly, although the accused is not appearing

before the learned Magistrate's Court he is represented with a lawyer before this Court.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the anticipatory bail of the accused persons has been rejected.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that the superior officer of police will monitor the execution return and take steps with the superior officer of police of the concerned district/city.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8354 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
