Kutubuddin ....For the State The petitioner has challenged an order dated March 18, 2021, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 8th Court, Alipore in S.C. Case No. 04 (11) 2020 R. No. 152 of 2020 arising out of Tollygunge Police Station Case No. 137 dated July 3, 2020.

The only grievance of the petitioner, as it appears from the submission made by Mr. Tapas Kumar Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioner, is that the legible copies of the post mortem report and the other medical reports have not been supplied to the petitioner to effectively defend himself at the time of framing of the charges.

In view of the fair stand taken by the State that the legible copies of the said documents will be supplied to the accused before the next date, there is no necessity to keep this revisional application pending.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the next date is fixed on August 3, 2021.

The State will ensure that the petitioner is served with the legible copies of the post mortem report and other medical documents before the next date of the hearing of the case. The revisional application being CRR 1106 of 2021 is disposed of.
